Seller is very responsive in answering all of my enquiries, and advise if it is suitable to fit the house door/gate. Installation takes about 2 hours with drilling noise and dust, but overall very pleasant experience and homeowners are very2 pleased!

Appointment between 9-11 am and person came on 11:10. Took about 1.5 hr to install+setup. So far items work well. Set up menu for the lock is not very convenient IMO

First thing first, the design and the functionality of the lock is awesome! Cool and sleek design! But my first installation didn’t go very well but nevertheless, they sent someone to fix the problem! Kudos to the 2nd installer!

Superb pre and post sale service! Installation was done really fast. Functions wise, this model is quite superior as compared to other models or bigger brands in the market. I like that it has wifi connectivity and the built-in battery.

Very impressed. Product wise, the quality is on par but one has to squint to read the instructions manual. Value for $!
